I grew up on the South Slope in Burnaby & grew up going to the local schools and participated in community sport. Soon after college, I took on the challenge of making a career out of helping people. Since that time I've been a full time Realtor specializing in residential real estate.

Early on, I committed to RE/MAX and became a member of the #1 Real Estate company locally and globally. On average, RE/MAX agents are working in the real estate industry for 12 years before stepping up to the challenge of joining this elite group. The average RE/MAX agent in western Canada was 46 at the time. I took the challenge and joined RE/MAX after being licensed for less than 2 years and at almost half the age of the average 'RE/MAXer'.

Since then, I've earned an RRS (Residential Relocation Specialist) designation through RE/MAX and in 1998 I was the youngest person in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board MLS Medallion Club (top 6% in the industry). My personal production has also repeatedly earned me President, Executive & 100% Club membership with RE/MAX for transactions in a given calendar year & most recently Platinum Club membership.  Just into 2006, I qualified for the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, an award very rarely earned by agents 30 years old or younger, do to it's requirement for a high level of production over a period of time.

Most important to me is that the people I'm helping are satisfied they have received the best help possible when buying, selling or finding a Realtor to work with in an area unfamiliar to them. Everyone wants to know they have received the best deal possible in their transaction both in money and terms. I'm a strong negotiator and I always work with my clients' interests in mind both for the process and the end result.

Outside of real estate, I'm very active in traditional and sport Karate. I've trained continuously for over 14 years in Greater Vancouver; I travel annually to train throughout the province and in the Summer of 2001, made my 1st trip to Japan. Karate has been a fantastic way to stay fit, discover the beauty of the art and to make lasting friendships locally and internationally. While Martial Arts has become a way of life, scuba diving has become my hobby, one that has firmly caught my attention. 

My office RE/MAX Advantage Realty has been in business in New Westminster since 1922 and has a strong reputation of being the best Real Estate company in town. The affiliation with RE/MAX began in 1985. Many of our customers represent repeat or referral business from satisfied customer.

RE/MAX Advantage commands over 90% market share of listings sold in its area. Throughout the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board RE/MAX accounts for 26.2% of the business done with 14.8% of the salespeople. That's twice as many homes sold per agent as the average competitor.

RE/MAX Advantage is very involved in community and fund raising events for charity. Our office has recently been deemed a ‘Miracle City' having confirmation that money from each transaction of every agent goes to support the Children's Miracle Network. We organize and participate in the Labatt's Light 24-Hour Relay and our team has raised the most money in the history of the event. We have raised over $400,000 in the past ten years for the B.C. Society for children with Disabilities.

In addition to our office contributions, I personally am a proud sponsor of the S.P.C.A. & support a Burnaby Kids Karate School with my time & funds for events.
