About Us

RE/MAX All Points Realty - New West (formerly RE/MAX Advantage and prior to that Royal City Realty) has been a part of the community since the 1920's. The affiliation with RE/MAX began in 1985 strengthening and developing an already dynamic group of realtors. Through our long history we have established a deep connection to our community and have come to be relied upon as the real estate authority in the area. Because of their expertise our realtors find that much of their business is repeat business or referrals from satisfied clients. When it comes to buying or selling a home work with the best in town!

RE/MAX All Points Realty - Coquitlam was established in 1988 and have been a long term resident of the Austin Heights area of Coquitlam. We added our Port Moody branch which is situated on the busy St. John's Street to accommodate those clients that reside on the North Coquitlam, Port Moody corridor. In 2014 the owners of RE/MAX Advantage in New Westminster purchased RE/MAX All Points and added us to their already strong team. In 2019 we amalgamated the three offices to the strong RE/MAX All Points that we see today.

RE/MAX All Points Realty has over 100 full-time top-producing Realtors. Based on information from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver RE/MAX accounts for 32% of the homes sold in its area. That's twice as many homes sold per agent as its next closest competitor. RE/MAX All Points Realty has one of the highest market shares of RE/MAX offices in Canada.

Strategically situated in the heart of the Lower Mainland, RE/MAX All Points Realty is able to provide real estate services to many communities in the surrounding area including; Burnaby, Surrey, Vancouver, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam. Our location can be a distinct advantage to our clients who wish to consider their real estate options in New Westminster or any of the neighbouring communities.

Our top producing team are proud to offer complete residential real estate services throughout the Lower Mainland that are second to none!

Community Involvement

RE/MAX All Points Realty is actively involved in community and fund raising events for charity. Each year, we host a skating party for the community at which we collect items for the local food bank. We are supporters and sponsors of the New Westminster Fire Department's raising events; the Canuck's Alumni Hockey game and the annual Christmas tree chipping program. During New Westminster's Hyack Festival we participate in the parade and give away a 'playhouse' to a lucky recipient.

Individual sales associates can be found involved with or sponsoring community events such as; Neighbourhood Garage Sales, Meals on Wheels, Sapperton Days, Arts in the Park, and much much more. We are also major supporters of The Children's Miracle Network

RE/MAX All Points Realty and its' Realtors are proud to be deemed a "Miracle Office". A portion of every commission earned by Realtors in our offices goes to support B.C. Children's Hospital.
